JMC Logistics Cargo SAS is responsible for the processing of your personal data and informs you that they will be handled under strict security measures. This policy is addressed to the different owners of the company’s information: suppliers, visitors, applicants, clients, employees, and contractors.
- Purposes of Processing By authorizing the use of your data, you allow JMC LOGISTICS CARGO SAS and third parties to process your personal data, as well as to process sensitive data (such as fingerprints, biometric information, health data, video surveillance, or specially protected information) for the following purposes:
- Administrative, commercial, accounting, and operational management of the company.
- Linking, contracting, and execution processes of labor, commercial, or contractual relationships.
- Compliance with legal obligations before the DIAN, Ministry of Labor, Superintendence of Companies, and other competent authorities.
- Implementation and compliance with SARLAFT, PTEE programs, and due diligence processes.
- Physical and technological security, access control, and video surveillance.
- Sending information related to services, operations, and institutional communications.
- Conservation, archiving, and statistical or historical analysis, as required by law.
- Consultation in Restrictive Lists (AML/CFT Compliance) With the authorization granted, JMC LOGISTICS CARGO S.A.S. may consult the information of natural or legal persons existing in the certificate of existence and legal representation of the interested parties, as well as in public restrictive lists. This is carried out in accordance with what is mentioned in Law 1581 of 2012 art. 2 paragraph b., the requirements of the UIAF-DIAN through circular 170 art 5, 5.2.1, and the AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) and UNODC requirements.
- Rights of the Data Owner As the owner of the information, you have the following rights: to know, update, rectify, delete data, request proof of authorization, file complaints with the SIC (Superintendence of Industry and Commerce), and revoke authorization when applicable.
