Frequently Asked Questions about Warehousing
What is the real benefit of bringing cargo into the Free Trade Zone?
The financial benefit is immediate: merchandise entering the Free Trade Zone does not incur customs duties (VAT and Tariffs) until it is nationalized. Furthermore, it can remain there indefinitely, allowing your company to import in volume and stagger your tax payments according to your sales.
Can I nationalize only a part of my inventory?
Yes, absolutely. This is one of our greatest added values. We perform partial (fractional) nationalizations. For example, if you have 100 machines stored and only sold 10 this month, we manage the paperwork to release only those 10, paying taxes exclusively for the dispatched units.
What security levels do you handle in the warehouse?
Our infrastructure has more than 20 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras with 24/7 monitoring, biometric access control, and strict protocols. The physical integrity of your cargo is our number one priority.
